Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of the purchase date. If a product falls short of your expectations, simply return it. Damaged wheels that have been damaged while riding, can be returned and replaced at a reduced price.

To ensure all Colorado Multisport products meet health guidelines the following items may not be returned once used: Used Goggles, Used swimwear, Used apparel, Used water bottles, Used hydration belts, food, nutrition and saddles that have been ridden (try out our fleet of demo saddles to make sure you are satisfied with the saddle you purchase).

Custom Items & Special Orders: Custom Built Wheels, Custom Frames or Special Orders are non-refundable unless found defective upon inspection.

Wheels: Damaged wheels that have been damaged while riding, can be returned and replaced at a reduced price. Tubular tires that have been glued to the rim cannot be returned.

Wetsuits: We understand that proper fit of a wetsuit is crucial to performance. If the wetsuit falls short of expectations, simply return it within 30 days. All manufacturer tags and original packaging must be in tact. We will not accept wetsuits that have been altered or used i.e. have names written on the wetsuit (yes, this has happened) or wetsuit tears.

Exchanges: If you would like an exchange, we’ll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). If you need the item shipped back to you, we’ll charge your credit card for it. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process the exchange if you are shipping back to the store.

Warranty Items: Warranty products must be inspected to determine if the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Return Shipping: Return and exchange shipments are pre-paid by the customer unless Colorado Multisport shipped items in error. The returned item must be in the original packaging and in its original condition.

Colorado Multisport is not responsible for returned products that have been lost in transit. Therefore, we highly recommend insuring your returned products when shipping back to Colorado Multisport.
